- Tenerife

In the south Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas have now all but joined to become the second largest resort in the Canary Islands. Surprisingly the only thing Tenerife is short of is good beaches!! The golden strip at Playa de las Teresitas, near Santa Cruz is the only picture postcard beach. However there are plenty of alternatives such as the Lido and Aguapark Octopus.
