The Cerro Mar Colina offers a choice of pools and a great line-up of activities, all topped off with sweeping views of Albufeira.
From its hillside position, this place comes with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and Albufeira’s terracotta-topped old town. You can walk to the sandy shoreline in 5 minutes.
Interiors are lovely and bright, with whitewashed walls and plenty of sunlight that streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows. Apartments carry the white motif, too, and they’re finished with simple furniture and sun-trap balconies.

These apartments come with a lounge and kitchen ready for a comfortable stay. Each apartment comes with a sofa-bed that sleeps two as well as a balcony. For larger parties, there are 2 bedroom apartments.
Pool-wise, there are two outdoors and another heated one inside. Little ones get their own water section, too. There’s a buffet restaurant for meals, and a lobby bar will keep you going with drinks. Around the complex, you’ll find tennis and squash courts, as well as a bowling alley. There’s a small spa, too.
Outside, you’ll find two pools. One’s shaped like a puddle, and is sunk into a tree-lined terrace with plenty of sunbeds around its edge. The other’s smaller and quieter, with a child-only section attached.There’s a third, heated pool indoors.

The two pools are set together on the sun terrace, surrounded by palm trees comfy loungers, with straw parasols to keep the sun at bay. The larger, curvy pool is ideal for everyone who wants to swim, splash about or just float in the sun, whilst the smaller, circular pool is ideal for the little ones. -
Indoor pool
This small friendly, heated pool provides some relieve for those who are not sun lovers, or for when the weather misbehaves. Loungers line the sides making this a good spot to chill for a while.
Meals are taken in the neighbouring hotel, which offers a buffet restaurant plating up international favourites.
